I err..
Plan to write in here more frequently.
I haven’t been writing in here much lat…ever But I think i might start using it more maybe even using like a personal journal (shock horror) rather than a movie review dump.
So what have I been upto lately? SFA really working and watching dvd’s playing some games and stuff well thats a breif overview you can tell the rest of this entry will be boring.
In the past 3 or so months (might be more I don’t know) I have expanded my DVD collection to include more boxed sets and have been watching them. I now own….
- Babylon 5 Seasons 1-5+The movie set
- Farscape Season 1-4+The peace keeper wars
- Firefly
- Stargate season 1-8
- Star trek The Next Generation Series 1-7
Its quite an expanded collection on what I used to have and I have watched it all somedays it has been all I have done from the time I woke up to when I went to bed. I’ve enjoyed watching all that scifi and the different styles and the common themes through out. Firefly and farscape are the top of my favourites list, sadly both of them got canned before they could fully run their course, worse firelfy didn’t even get a full season :(. B5 is next followed by stargate then next gen.
Ok enough about the dvd’s onto games. I found a win32 port of star control 2 (http://sc2.sf.net) and played that through I also dug out star trek elite force I and have been playing that on and off. Games are fun I can kill things and manage resources and stuff.
Umm Movies too many to list..however I vote Serenity as the best movie of ‘05 it makes Star wars Episode III look like a high school play.
