One hour until I go home, another “fun fun” day at work. I look forward to the weekend where I may relax, drink and be merry or something.
What do I mean by “fun fun” well one of the programmers here at work made an interface change to the product without informing anyone and seemingly discussing it with anyone. I don’t blame the programmer he was doing as he was told by the “boss”, who also had decided it would be good to roll the changes out to our hosting environment (inflicting it upon some 100+ of our customers) without any notification to the staff or the customers. The first I saw of it was when a customer called up to complain because it looked different to what they were used to…yeah really fucking smart move there moron.
In other news…
Had lunch with Raina today that was nice, I love the mongolian lamb at that chinese place.
Today was payday but already half of it is gone (rent, credit card) however its friday hoorah!.
Plans for the weekend include, sleeping, dvd’s, playing games, some shopping and drinking….what happens may vary from the plan.
