DSL :(
Well I found out today that I can not get DSL. I’m pissed off to say the least.
The reason I can’t get it is because I am on pair gain, not because its not in this area but because my block of units is on pair gain a dodgey fucking system that telstra implemented to save costs as a result tens of thousands of people are not eligable for DSL.
I think they because its their stupid descion to use pair gain they should offer a alternate broadband service at a comparable price, It seems the only thing i can get is Sat and everyone knows exactly how much that sucks and if you take the 2 way sat option you get a nice bill that exceeds 140 a month for the lowest plan (about 300mb) and remember those telstra fucks charge for traffic in both directions.
I do so hate telstra, I miss broadband I want to move :(.
In other news work is boring, but atleast I got to some script kiddy work today rather than data entry monkey work.
